Women As Leaders

The highly acclaimed WOMEN AS LEADERS® programme has been designed especially for senior women to draw on their own unique skills. The course will increase confidence, strengthen strategic capabilities and allow participants to lead teams with clarity and purpose.

Our coaching process

Step 1

Delegates will receive an executive-level 360° assessment from relevant colleagues, managers, and directors.

Step 2

Thomas PPA and Bernice McCarthy’s Learning Type Measure psychometrics will be followed by a one-to-one session with an ILM Level & accredited coach to discuss the results.

Step 3

Delegates will take part in 6 group coaching sessions over 9 months, or 3 group sessions over 4 months, with peers from within their organisation.

Step 4

The group coaching sessions will be complemented by monthly individual coaching sessions, With a dedicated personal coach matched to each individual’s skillset, location and aspirations.

About the Programme

Facilitated by ILM Level 7 qualified coaches, Women as Leaders takes a whole person approach, considering the strengths, weaknesses, personalities, and aspirations of participants to help them achieve their goals. With an approach that is both commercially aware and also rooted in psychological techniques, Women as Leaders can be tailored to match the needs and goals of your organisation and its senior women.
