With teams facing fresh challenges around remote working, restructuring, and market pressures, Team Coaching could be invaluable in ensuring you have a cohesive, collaborative, and motivated team.
A collaborative, team facilitated discussion will identify any issues within the team impacting on people, performance, and progress. The workshop also includes the creation of a team coaching profile, which will be used to identify and analyse the performance skills required across the team for future success.
Comprehensive feedback will focus on outputs from the team culture and this profile will be shared with individuals and team members. This will also be supported by useful insights delivered through other psychometric feedback. Finally, the group will benefit from an executive-level 360 assessment from relevant colleagues, managers, and directors, as well as a one-to-one feedback session with a coach for all team members.
Your whole team will take part in between four and six group sessions. Our bespoke program will reflect your team’s particular needs, with the outcomes of the assessment determining the content needed to strengthen your team. Indicative subjects, which many teams cover, might include leadership, working style, collaboration, influencing and handling stakeholders. Each team member will also benefit from personal coaching sessions with an experienced coach who has been expertly matched to their needs.
