Our coaching process

What is coaching?

In Module One, we explore the fundamentals of coaching and begin to build the skill sets which individuals will acquire over the course of the program. Listening, questioning, and observing body language will all be explored, the importance of self-awareness, an understanding of how different team types work, and the ITEA model of change for coaching will also be covered.

Reflections

In the second module, we introduce the CREATE model of coaching, a major tool in any coach’s arsenal and explore how coaching might work in different contexts including teams, departments and boards.

Successes & challenges

The final module creates a comprehensive coach’s toolkit, through coaching practice in triads, case studies, insightful questionnaires, and thorough assessments of individual strengths. Alongside a comprehensive plan for continuous professional development, this module also covers the ethical code of coaching and how to ensure best practice.
