Manchester-based technology and coaching organisation, In Touch, attended the Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100 awards ceremony last night to receive recognition for ranking 30th in the prestigious list.
The awards ceremony, which is now in its 12th year, was held at prestigious London venue The Brewery, and celebrated Britain’s 100 private tech (TMT) companies with the fastest-growing sales over their last three years. Ranking alongside In Touch was a range of well-known brands, including Ocado, Transferwise and Perkbox.
Opening the ceremony was none other than prime minister, Boris Johnson, who welcomed everyone to the event and commended the calibre of companies in attendance. Other speakers at the event included Stephen Fitzpatrick, CEO of OVO Energy, Peter Evans, Enterprise Editor at The Sunday Times and Tim Steiner, Co-founder & CEO of Ocado.
In Touch’s award was collected by the firm’s Project Director, Katie Horan and Chief Operations Officer, Krista Long. Both senior figures have joined the technology business in the last few months, with the objective of increasing profitability, reach and customer engagement.
Commenting on the award win, CEO Matthew Roberts said: “Being recognised as one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Britain by such a high calibre organisation as The Sunday Times is a fantastic achievement. Tech firms are constantly emerging, so to be seen as a front-runner in the industry is brilliant. It makes me incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved as a business since our inception in 2013.
“Without my brilliant team of employees working hard behind the scenes, none of this would be possible. We’ve achieved an incredible amount in the last 12 months and bringing onboard passionate professionals like Katie and Krista to our senior management team gives me confidence that the best is yet to come.”
