In Touch, a development and networking platform for elite professionals, has today unveiled its brand new member portal, which boasts an enhanced look, simpler navigation and faster user experience.

The online portal, which is exclusively available to those with an In Touch membership, has been in development for almost 6 months and has been designed with usability at its core. The fresh, streamlined design will allow its active members to access content, CPD accredited learning materials, webinars and its complimentary jobs board featuring the latest non-executive, consultancy and chair roles from across the web with ease.

The new member portal marks the second phase of the businesses re-brand. Back in December 2018, the firm amalgamated all of its sub-brands into one all-encompassing brand, refreshing their image and modifying the official company name to In Touch.

The rebrand and new portal have been rolled out with the aim of simplifying the proposition for its elite customer base and improving the overall member experience. Although In Touch has simplified its core network proposition, the business is still entering exciting new territories and expanding its portfolio in terms of coaching and professional development.

In August of this year, the company announced its acquisition of leading coaching organisation RTC Leadership and Coaching, led by established coach, psychologist and author Ros Taylor. This acquisition is helping In Touch to edge closer to achieving its ambition of becoming a global leader in professional coaching.

In addition to the RTC acquisition, In Touch has also opened additional offices in London, Edinburgh and Chicago, expanded its staff headcount to 160 and accumulated numerous accolades. Just last week the tech firm was listed in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100, featuring 30th overall and ranking ahead of well-known brands such as Gousto and Depop.

Commenting on the launch of the revised member portal, CEO Matthew Roberts said: “The business has had an unbelievably busy year so far. We’ve opened state of the art offices in the UK and US and acquired an amazing coaching company that will take our offering to the next level. However, I’ll never lose sight of the fact that the portal is fundamental to our success. It is the core component of an In Touch membership and that is why it's so important to get it right.

“Improving the member experience has been a core priority in 2019 and I know this brand new member portal is going to completely change the way our users engage with our content and services. The development team has worked incredibly hard to build this new portal and I have to say that I couldn’t be happier with the end result.

“The design and usability of the new site are exactly what I envisioned and I’m excited to receive feedback from our members.”
